In June 1610 the explorer gazette and his crew set sail to search for the northwest passage but the weather got colder they spent a hard winter in a log hut but in 1611 the weather got warmer Henry  set sail.  the crew thought Henry was sail home but then realized he was sailing west to continue Searching  for the northwest passage. So the crew put Henry and his son and seven other men in a boat with no oars,and left them in the bay t die.
